What a licensed distributor does
In California, cannabis does not go straight from a farm to a store. Licensed distributors move cannabis between licensees, such as cultivators, manufacturers and retailers, and they arrange the required lab testing before products reach retail shelves.
For a dispensary buyer, that means the distributor is the link that brings tested product to your back room with the paperwork in order. For a brand owner, the distributor is how your product gets from where it is grown or packaged to the licensed stores that sell it.
Working with one licensed partner keeps that chain simple. Instead of coordinating a grower, a packaging vendor, a label printer and a delivery service separately, buyers and brands can rely on a single team to receive product, keep it compliant and get it onto dispensary shelves on a predictable schedule.

How MHPC Distro works
MHPC Distro is a California-licensed distributor. Since 2012 we have worked directly with partner farms across the California coast, building long-term relationships with cultivators who care about quality, consistency and craftsmanship.
Every product we distribute is lab-tested, and certificates of analysis for every batch are available around the clock in the retailer portal. Product is packaged and labeled in-house on automated packaging lines, with California METRC-compliant labels printed and applied by our team.
From there, orders ship on scheduled, compliant routes to licensed dispensaries. Each retail partner works with one dedicated rep who knows the store, its customers and its category mix, so your team can check in product with the paperwork already in order.
For dispensaries, getting started is straightforward. Most new accounts go from application to first delivery in about 10 days: we verify your license, your rep recommends a starter mix, and your first order ships on a route that fits your weekly schedule. Your wholesale menu includes flower from our in-house brands, Cali Flwr, Dope Town, Sofa King and Viva Sativa, and MHPC Distro now distributes KIVA products to licensed California retailers.
For brand owners, the same chain works in reverse. If you already have flower or pre-rolls from a licensed source, we receive it into our facility on a METRC manifest, package it under your label and route it to retail alongside the rest of our lineup.

Our warehouse is in Reseda, in the San Fernando Valley, so Los Angeles retailers are supported from close by.
